Awesome practice with a caring and knowledgeable care team. They have been the vet for all four of my dogs for the past 7 years. They provide insightful treatment options and recommendations without pressure. They stick with pets to the very end and send a very thoughtful personal message when a pet passes away.

Very kind & caring!

We love Dr. Smith! She is very thorough and is helping Jimmie with his pain so that hopefully he will be back to being an active beagle soon. We also really like Dr. Santilli. He is Bella's vet and is very kind and caring. We enjoy seeing you all and enjoying the yappy hour also to help with local rescues! Thanks, Mayfair! We have only been here for a few months as we just moved here but we are very thankful for your team!

No better vet in NC!

100% LOVE Dr. Santilli! He saved my puppies life when we thought we were out of options and was told by VHS to put him down! He's not even 2!! The staff, as well as Vet Techs, are also extremely pleasant and eager to help with anything you need!!! Highly recommend!! No better vet in NC!!!

Won't take my pets anywhere else!!!

Today I took one of my 3 dogs to Mayfair for a physical and updated shots. Of the many vets we have been to, never have we experienced such a thorough and informative visit like today! I am so very impressed by the entire staff and a special thanks to Dr. Teri Smith for taking her time with Zoey and educating me on so many aspects of my dog's health. She told me things I should have been told years ago!! I am thankful for a healthy dog, and you can bet my other two dogs will be visiting soon.! Thank you to all the friendly Mayfair Animal staff! I am glad we have found an exceptional place to care for my dogs!! Won't take them anywhere else!!!

We Would Recommend Mayfair!

We had a wonderful first visit with our coonhound, Ramsey! The doctor & all the staff were truly interested in making sure he was comfortable & at ease. His diagnosis was explained clearly as well as his medication. We would recommend Mayfair to anyone looking for excellent vet care!
